Lucy Perri has over 30 years of experience working in the legal field of property conveyancing.  With all of the relevant diplomas in financial services, she has been assisting clients to purchase, sell, transfer, and refinance their properties.  As a licensed conveyancer, she sees her role as more than attending to the process itself, but to also identify potential inconsistencies and resolve them as quickly as possible regardless of how minor they may seem.  Quite often if left unattended, minor inconsistencies have the potential to develop into bigger problems which may also involve court litigation. Effecting settlement successfully and on the due date is paramount for all of our clients.  Lucy is also fluent in Italian and would welcome the opportunity to assist members of the Italian community.
